Why I started Bull City Tech Help

“Helping people with technology reminds me of my mom.”

A tech helper patiently guiding a senior woman on her laptop during an in-home visit

15 years in the consumer technology industry made it obvious that so many people struggle with modern tech — too many devices, too many apps, too much frustration.

I used to help my mom with technology almost every day: her phone, laptop, TV, sound system, computer, or Wi-Fi. She recently passed away, and I miss helping her. That’s why I started Bull City Tech Help. I specialize in helping seniors — patient, jargon-free, and never rushed. It’s a chance to give others the same caring, one-on-one support I gave her.

I don’t work from a script or force one-size-fits-all fixes. I listen carefully, then build a solution around the way you already do things.
